Shipping and Returns Policy

We are currently shipping only to the United States. Shipping is mainly by Priority Mail buy other carriers may be used. Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours(not including weekends or holidays). You will normally receive your order 1-3 business days after it is shipped. It may take longer. You will receive an email with a tracking number after it is shipped. We are not responsible if the carrier's tracking states that your package has been delivered but you find that it is missing or stolen.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the unused portion within the first 30 days in it's original packaging for a full refund of the product cost minus the shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be a copy of the invoice included with your order or a printout of your confirmation email of your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
